The Pest Company, LLC ("we", "us") is a pest control company operating in Jacksonville, Florida. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, service address and a description of the problem — whether you call, text or send the form on this site. If we perform work, we also keep the service history for that address.
• Basic technical information. Our hosting provider records standard web-server data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to keep the site available and secure.

What we do with it

• Answer your enquiry, quote the work and schedule a technician.
• Keep a record of what was treated at your property and when, so a follow-up visit is informed rather than starting over.
• Send service reminders or appointment confirmations, if you asked for them. You can stop these at any time by telling us.
• Meet record-keeping requirements that apply to licensed pest control work in Florida.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not send marketing on behalf of other companies.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need it to do the job: our technicians and office staff, and service providers that operate parts of our business — for example the company that hosts this website or processes a card payment. Those providers may only use the information to provide that service to us. We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Service records are kept for as long as we have an active relationship with the property, and after that for the period required by Florida record retention rules for pest control operators. Enquiries that never become jobs are deleted within twenty-four months.

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking pixels. If your browser stores anything from this site, it is limited to what is needed for the page to display correctly.

Children

Our services are sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
